I'm having a bit of trouble contacting Roxy. I was sure she was not that far behind me when we were getting to town, and her Pokemon came in with us.

[Concerned. Very much concerned. She's even in the process of backtracking to see if she just got distracted or fell asleep or anything.]

Her eggs both hatched as well, so I know she will want to see them! Maybe her phone is broke, with the response I keep getting..

Not a single thing. I'm assuming this is all time loops so each version of us that gets sent in is fresh off the press.
