I don't think anything so drastic will be required. Most of these guys hatched from eggs from the breeding convention. I probably should've spaced their hatching times out by storing a couple in the PC, but I wanted to get a head start, I suppose. I'm behind enough as is.

It's um. It's just.. well, the boy I like he.. another friend of mine also likes him, and it's come out where he knows, and he feels he has to make a choice between us.
[She's quiet for a little longer, mostly out of filtering the convesation.]
I just.. well. I like Jake a lot, and I don't doubt that Dirk also likes him like that. Jake is ridiculously just.. goofy and a charmer and does all these little things that just leave me swooning in my shoes. The.. idea that he wouldn't choose me just makes me feel very sad and that maybe if I was more girly or something. Maybe that would have been enough?
If you were more girly? Jane, listen to me. You... look, the idea that you'd need to be more like someone else to win's someone's affections...
[ She pauses, furrowing her brows unseen as she tries to find her words. She knows the gist of what she's trying to say, but the words are more difficult to grasp for some reason. Perhaps for the feeling behind and betwixt them. ]
Jane, if someone can't appreciate you for who you are, he can't see past his own nose and he doesn't deserve you. You are a wonderful young woman. You're smart and you're talented and positive and you're always so helpful, even if you don't know someone. You have a wonderful personality and you are a beautiful young lady. You don't need to be more like Dirk. You're perfect the way you are.
[She shakes her head rapidly, knowing full well that Valeria can't see just what she's doing, but Jane ends up giving a weak little laugh.]
