So um, I have a request today! Pokemon eggs. Is anyone interested in taking any off our hands? I uh.. My Pokemon and Dave's Pokemon decided to leave us a bunch this morning, and we didn't find them until we came back from training, and.. well, we aren't going to raise nineteen Pokemon, that would be insane!

[Moving the feed from herself to point at her bed, the eggs are all neatly arranged with cards beneath the respective bunch or single.] If you have trouble reading the writing, I can let you know which Pokemon is which. I can definitely say from what.. little I've researched about breeding, that the Growlithe and Solosis eggs should be really powerful once they hatch! Both had parents of the same species together and all.

We do want them to go to nice homes overall, so I'm not too interested in charging any money; just take care of them and we'll call it good, alright?

That's right, I read that breeders get more eggs. [ how does that even work? ] I guess I should be really careful since I'm a breeder.

[ he's decided that not thinking too hard is key to staying sane here. ] I haven't raised an egg yet myself so I've been kind of hesitant to start.

It's really a bigger concern when you're traveling with others, and you both leave your Pokemon out and unwatched.

Now is as good as any time to start! They really aren't that hard to care for at all, it's just a matter of keeping them warm until they hatch.

Wouldn't you rather give them to someone more experienced?

[Shhhhhhh.] I promise, you don't need to be as experienced as you're thinking you will have to be.

I'll recommend a Growlithe egg then, since they hatch into fiercely loyal companions. They really are a wonderful addition, and are good fire type Pokemon to boot!

Exactly! Growlithe are medium sized dogs, and the only thing to watch out for is when they start learning fire breathing attacks.

Ah...and what should I do when they start learning fire breathing attacks?

Take them somewhere like.. out by a lake or a well, or some place that won't absolutely light up on fire. Let them practice it there!

I think there are some rooms in the Training Center that might be okay for that too. Thank you for the advice.
