So um, I have a request today! Pokemon eggs. Is anyone interested in taking any off our hands? I uh.. My Pokemon and Dave's Pokemon decided to leave us a bunch this morning, and we didn't find them until we came back from training, and.. well, we aren't going to raise nineteen Pokemon, that would be insane!

[Moving the feed from herself to point at her bed, the eggs are all neatly arranged with cards beneath the respective bunch or single.] If you have trouble reading the writing, I can let you know which Pokemon is which. I can definitely say from what.. little I've researched about breeding, that the Growlithe and Solosis eggs should be really powerful once they hatch! Both had parents of the same species together and all.

We do want them to go to nice homes overall, so I'm not too interested in charging any money; just take care of them and we'll call it good, alright?

Hoo hoo hoo, but I want the Dave Strider version! I feel like his would be full of puppet jokes about three pages in.

Not seeing a puppet joke in all of that would be shocking. I mean Bro's version, not mine. There are no puppets in my version. [But sometimes he thinks about puppets. Sometimes...]

Good, because if puppets are in his, robots or horses would be in Dirk's. Therefore, I want to know your version sometime. [Reaching and playfully beeping his nose, she turns to get a strainer out and clean the sink before putting it in, getting ready for dumping the noodle water.]

No, not robotic horses. He did make a guardian robotic rabbit as a birthday gift for me, and then he made a sparring Brobot for Jake. He's also made a couple of robots for himself, I believe the names were Squarewave and Sawtooth, and then he got the fancy idea of taking a brain scan of himself and creating an artificial intelligence of his thirteen year old self that exists in his sunglasses. An auto-responder, if you may, who is far more alive than I think Dirk gives him credit for.

[That's a lot to take in. Dave blinks and processes the knowledge in silence.]

Just a bit surprised, the guy is...really intense in a different way from Bro. More like Rose.

Hoo hoo, well, I'll say he does have a little knack for writing too. Rewrote an entire pony pals book for me once, changed the story completely, but it was still an amazing read.

I think he just had a lot of time on his hands. From what he and Roxy said, they were the last two humans left. [the fact that she hadn't believed them makes her quiet, attention turning down.]

I think... he was very lonely. He had to make things to interact with. Roxy at least had cats and little chess people, she always said.

[There's a moment of quiet as that sinks in.] ...Well, he has people around him now. And a brother who won't leave him alone.
